It covers the processing of data when you visit our website and, in particular, when you contact us through the contact form. Through the contact form we collect only the data you voluntarily provide in order for us to respond to your request:

  • The content of your message

In addition, for the operation and security of the website, technical data may be logged by the hosting infrastructure (e.g. IP address, browser type, request time) in technical logs.

4. Purpose & legal basis of processing

We process your data solely to respond to your request or query and to manage our communication with you. The legal basis is:

We do not rely on consent for processing the contact form — sending your message is your own initiative.

We do not sell or trade your data. For the operation of the website and the delivery of messages, we use reliable providers that act as processors on our behalf:

  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — Sending of contact emails (USA · Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or EU-US Data Privacy Framework)

Some of our providers are based in the USA. In such cases, the transfer of data is governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR — specifically Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) — so as to ensure a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Union.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to respond to your request and to manage the relevant communication or any potential collaboration. When there is no longer a purpose for processing nor any legal obligation to retain the data, it is securely deleted.
